Inbound means “to go inward”, “a trip to the interior”. This is the direction we want to guide our practice.
Therefore, through the Yoga Inbound practice, students can gradually transcend the different states of consciousness that make up their being, moving from a state of bodily or physical consciousness to a state of subtle consciousness and from there to a state of transcendental or spiritual consciousness, the supreme goal of life.
This dynamic exploration towards integration and transcendence is also defined as a simultaneous trip in two dimensions: inward to discover the treasure inside of us and outward to share this beauty with the world around us.

Chaitanya Nitay Das – Director of The Inbound School of Yoga, Shradhavan Eco Ashram in Peru and Yogendra Ashram in Cali, Colombia. Chaitanya has been immersed in the world of yoga from an early age and has lived in ashrams and monasteries in South America, the US and India.
He is a well-recognized yoga teacher in South America, has been practicing and teaching Bhakti Yoga and mantra meditation for many years, and has been initiated into the tradition of Vedic Hindu culture by his divine teachers Srila Atulananda Acharya Swami and Srila Bhakti Aloka Paramadvaiti Swami.
Chaitanya Nitay Das also studied with professors such as Pattabhi Jois, Larry Schultz, Reed Taylor and John Friend. He has studied Vedic astrology and is certified in India by “AIFAS” with the title of “Jyotish Sastracharya”.
Currently, he is the director of the yoga faculty program with more than 1,000 certified teachers around the world.
His style of yoga asanas comes from the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and is influenced by the alignment principles of Anusara Yoga. The basics of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga create the flow and dynamic that is needed to purify the body, mind and soul. Combining this with the “principles of alignment” of Anusara Yoga allows one to truly express the heart and achieve better understanding of our being.
